How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally 4–12 months ahead, depending on destination and complexity. For last-minute travel, reach out — if we’re able to assist, we will!

What’s your cancellation policy?

Trip design fees are non-refundable. For bookings, we follow the cancellation policies of each supplier and advocate for our clients if changes arise.
