Do you charge a fee for your services?

Yes we offer a mix of complimentary services and paid trip design services. All-Inclusives, cruises and hotel-only bookings are complimentary. Custom international trip planning is $299 per couple (includes custom itinerary design, bookings, and concierge-style support). Think of us as travel-match-makers! Based on your travel goals and must-haves…we match all your trip details to YOU!

Why do you charge a fee?

Custom travel takes time, care, and insider information. I have international partners in-destination around the world that help source the best hotels and activities that match YOU!

How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally 4–12 months ahead, depending on destination and complexity. For last-minute travel, reach out; if we’re able to assist, we will! Sometimes we have access to availability not found elsewhere.

Do you plan group trips or honeymoons?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a celebration, retreat, or once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, we love curating multi-person itineraries that feel seamless and special.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Trip design fees are non-refundable. For trips or bookings, we follow the cancellation policies of each supplier (hotels, cruise lines, etc.) and always advocate for our clients in the event of changes.

Can you plan trips within the U.S.?

Yes; while we specialize in international travel, we’re happy to curate U.S. escapes as well.
